Reverse Osmosis

We have a number of standard RO ranges, though we can custom build them to your specification or modify them in the following ways:

1. ROs built on a single skid with one or more of the following options:
a) Duplex softener
b) De-min polisher
c) Permeate tank and or pump
d) CIP cleaning tank and related pipe work
e) Transfer delivery pumps

2. Brackish water ROs with specialist membranes and pump

3. High flow units and duplex systems (larger than standard ranges)

4. Split skid or modified layout ROs for installation in small or awkward spaces.

5. Double pass, RO/CEDI

Softening & Filtration

We can design and build an Ultra-filter plant to your customers exact requirements. Our standard range includes:-
Our softeners, filters and organic scavengers can be specified with a number of different control options, for example:

1. Fleck NT timers. A versatile system which allows the control of up to four vessels simultaneously using telephone cable type connections.

2. EWS control. Similar to the controllers that we use on our ROs, this system allows softener integration into a Building Management System.

3. PLC controlled Upflow Load Managed Softener. These large, skid mounted softeners use a combination of microprocessor control, diaphragm valves, extra fine resin, upflow service and downflow regeneration to produce a highly efficient system that dramatically reduces salt usage (approx. 50%) and water wastage.

We can fabricate for ease of installation custom frames to meet any size requirement.

Ultra-filter

1. A coarse particulate/Organic removal Ultra-filter with a nominal molecular weight cut-off of 150 KDaltons. This can be offered as an all enclosed package with Clean in Place (CIP) and Backwash tank or as a simpler membrane only unit requiring an external cleaning facility. This units typically come with:-
a) Inlet 25 micron filter for membrane protection
b) Pressure transducers for monitoring and alarming on fouling of membranes or high inlet pressure
c) Flow indicators for monitoring of permeability
d) Automatic backwash on a time or volume basis
e) Automatic membrane integrity check via bubble test
f) Operating conditions and unit control via touchscreen
g) Chemical enhanced backwash to limit fouling

2. Endotoxin removal Ultra-Filter with a molecular weight cut-off of 6 KDaltons. This unit typically comes with:-
a) Pressure transducers for monitoring and alarming on fouling of membranes or high inlet pressure
b) Flow indicators for monitoring of permeability
c) Operating conditions and unit control via touchscreen

Continuous Electrodeionization (EDI)

We can design and build an EDI unit to meet your customers exact requirements. Our standard range includes:-
Ionpure EDI module
Control panel
Flow indicators on Feed and Concentrate lines
Low flow alarms
Pressure alarms
Permeate divert valves and a feed tank to minimise water wastage
Typically 90 to 95 % recovery
CO2 de-gassing if required

Combined Units

We can combine onto one skid or separate skids any of the above technologies i.e. softener into particulate ultrafilter then reverse osmosis and EDI followed by Endotoxin ultrafilter.
